terms of service

please read this section carefully before ordering from me!

general information- I do not accept commissions requesting a deadline for them to be completed- all final artwork is sent digitally, either to a particular social media or by email if requested, you do not receive it printed- I only work with digital references, not descriptions of characters or traditionally-drawn references (due to colour accuracy issues)
* for custom designs this rule does not apply- please bare in mind that my art style can vary slightly as I discover new things, so there may be sometimes small differences from the examples provided

commission process- once the commission is accepted it goes down in priority, with those accepted first being first priority, this is also the stage at which full payment is accepted.- when the sketch for your commission is done it is sent to you watermarked, where you can request any heavy adjustments to the artwork before continuing (this is known as my "sketching phase" mentioned in the tos)- then, the artwork is completed and sent to you in a digital format, I do not do physical copies of commissions

payment process- full payment is given upfront, holds are for 48hrs unless specified otherwise on a post- if you are paying via paypal, then you must be over 18 or have parental consent to purchase anything. if there is any indication you are below the age of 18 or you have purchased artwork without permission, then a full refund will be sent regardless (unless the artwork has been completed and sent over)- if no payment is given within 48hrs of requesting payment, then the commission will be cancelled and the slot will either remain open or given to the next in line- all payment must come from a singular person (e.g. not 2 different people splitting payment)

I, as the artist are able to...- use the artwork to advertise commissions with the commissioners consent- post the artwork on any of my social media with credit to yourself if necessary (e.g. for characters used), however, upon request you are able to ask me not to do so at any point, or ask me to remove artwork containing your character if already posted- maintain the right to deny any commission---------------------------------------------you, as the commissioner...- may not use my artwork for commercial use - e.g. making a profit such as printing it on t-shirts or redbubble/etsy sales etc..* however you are allowed to gift the artwork if made for somebody else or sell the character with my art included - if the character design was created by me, then you need to have obtained 2 artworks before reselling them- can use your artwork for personal use- can crop or resize the artwork as desired, but I must still be given credit for the artwork itself- may post the artwork on social media, but credit must be given- may request small edits and any corrections to a finished piece, and provide feedback after the "sketching phase" is completed and sent to you (for more information on this, see below),- any heavy adjustments may be denied or done with a small fee once the commission is completed (the charge will range depending on how much is needed to be done), however, if they are mistakes my end (such as messing up a pattern or missing off a characters scar) or a minor tweak then they are done free of charge

refunding policy- I accept a full refund if I have not yet started your piece or have just began the sketching phase
- I accept a partial refund (50%) at any point past the finished sketch (linework and onwards.)
- I do not accept refunds if the artwork has been completed
